Alex and Natalie own and run Karizma. Alex is the director stylist of the salon. He is a fully qualified stylist and completed 3 years of intensive training in Sussex. He has also trained with leading product brands of the industry being Wella and Tigi. He specialises in cutting, colouring and colour corrections, with over 15 years of experience. Alex is also a qualified assessor and assists his trainee stylists.
Natalie is a fully qualified, skilled beauty therapist and assessor. She qualified in London in a specialist beauty school in Oxford Circus, and has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry. Natalie has worked with the best professional beauty products in the industry and has fully qualified with each of them, including Decleor, Jessica and creative nails and many more.
