Alex and Natalie own and run Karizma

Alex is the director stylist of the salon. He is a fully qualified stylist and completed 3 years of intensive training in Sussex.

He has also trained with leading product brands of the industry being Wella and Tigi. He specialises in cutting, colouring and colour corrections, with over 15 years of experience.

Alex is also a qualified assessor and assists his trainee stylists.
